Hopeful Parents

G’day from Melbourne, Australia! We’re James and Blake, who met in 2015 through what we call ‘the old-fashioned millennial way’ – a dating app. Our first date at an Italian restaurant led to hours of conversation, and nine years later, we celebrated our wedding in April 2024 at a beautiful winery in Blake’s hometown.

Blake works as a commercial lawyer in government, supporting public education initiatives, while James is a General Practitioner, caring for families in our community. Outside of work, we love exploring Melbourne’s hidden cafes with our dog Ember, who’s definitely claimed the best spot in our bed! Our weekends are filled with family catch-ups, James practicing his Italian and Spanish, and occasional karaoke sessions where Blake carries the tune for both of us.

We’re fortunate to have 14 high-grade embryos currently in the process of being exported to CReATe Fertility Centre in Toronto, where they’ll undergo PGT-A testing to ensure their health and viability. This next step in our fertility journey fills us with hope and excitement. We’re fortunate to have incredibly supportive families who are thrilled about our path to parenthood.

Growing up in warm, loving homes has shaped our dreams of creating our own family – one full of curiosity, acceptance, and double the dad jokes. We understand what an extraordinary commitment surrogacy is, and we’re committed to building a meaningful relationship based on openness, transparency, and genuine connection.

Blake’s analytical and organizational skills beautifully complement James’s empathetic nature, creating a partnership built on mutual respect and deep love that we hope to extend to our surrogate and this incredible journey of bringing our future child into the world.

We are Phil and Amy. We are a book-reading, movie-watching, boardgame-playing, outdoor adventuring kind of family. We have been together since 2006 and have been friends even longer. We met in high school. Phil got up the courage to kiss me at a party. This did not immediately go to plan, but it did start a friendship and eventually a relationship and now we have been together for 18 years and married for 7. We have been on a lot of adventures together, grown apart and back together through our younger years, created so many lasting memories, and endured our share of heartache. In 2021 we suffered the loss of a pregnancy, our fertility and my health all at once due to cervical cancer. As hard as these experiences have been it has strengthened our bond and brought us here to this point in our journey. We know that we are in this together for the long haul, and we are looking for one person with a really big heart to help us achieve the next big milestone in our life: to help us complete our family. Our family is everything to us. We have been blessed with one beautiful son who we adore. He is kind, smart, active and wise beyond his years. He has been asking about a sibling for 3 years now, and we know he will make a wonderful big brother. There is no doubt that this will be just as big of a gift for him as it is for us. Marc 40 I grew up in the country on a farm with 1 brother and 1 sister, surrounded by animals.
Farmer to waiter I have worked in many jobs, actually now i am working in a factory.
Shy in nature, I am nonetheless dynamic and very open-minded.
My passions are pastry and animals.

We live in the south west of France, we lead a simple life, discover our new region, enjoy our families, and above all get some fresh air as much as possible (cycling, hiking, sport…)

It won’t be a long calm river for sure, but we are ready to meet you, ready to live and share this experience of a LIFETIME.

Jason and Andrew are excited to meet you. We’ve been together for 12 years and have spent most of our time living in Toronto, Ontario but have lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia since February of 2022. Andrew is born and raised in western Newfoundland while Jason is from Kingston, Ontario.

We’re both in the helping professions (Jason does Business Planning with legal aid while Andrew is a Social Worker) and are very family-oriented people who are passionate about being there for our loved ones. Our careers have allowed use to hopefully bring some positive change into the world and we’re ready to share our love and passion with our child.

We are lucky enough to have just finished a donor cycle with someone that we truly feel touched and honored to have made that connection with and who helped us get one step closer to starting our family. We are hoping to continue this journey with someone who wants to get to know us and our passion to be dads.

We truly appreciate what a gift this would be, and that a surrogate reflects a tremendous generosity of an extraordinary and kind person. It is especially meaningful to know that any child we welcome into our family will be the product of this spirit of generosity.
