We are a Dutch-American-Brazilian-Spanish couple living in sunny Barcelona, Spain! We started our journey to create our family in November of 2018, and after Covid and a few set backs we are very excited to have arrived at this stage.

We have been together for nine years, seven of which married, and from the beginning we knew that we wanted to start a family together. We wish for our child to grow up in a loving and caring environment, while aware of the incredibly diverse world we live in. Embracing our distinct cultural heritages we hope that we can raise our child to who embodies the qualities of a global citizen – someone with an open mindset, conscious of the importance of compassion and dedicated to caring for both others and our planet.
